¿Qué despierta tu pasión?

Hace unos días estoy dándole vueltas al tema de estudiar una maestría. Me había escapado sistemáticamente de ella por diversos motivos, pero creo que ya es el momento para hacerlo.

Y lo que estoy preguntándome ahora es: ¿para qué la quiero? Ya sé que la quiero. Ya sé que me va a traer en el largo plazo, pero la pregunta es ¿cómo me va a ayudar? ¿en qué quiero mejorar? ¿qué me apasiona?

Una maestría es una gran inversión de dinero, pero principalmente de tiempo y dedicación, así que en estos días he estado pensando respecto a qué me apasiona y sabes, es un tema difícil.

La pasión no se compensa con nada, no se compra con nada, te produce una energía y un empuje que pocas cosas pueden lograr. Lo que produce alguien que le apasiona lo que hace, no se logra ni con cinco empleados desmotivados, cuyo único objetivo en el día es que den las 5.

Me apasiona contribuir al crecimiento de la gente, me apasiona ver como en un curso, con una plática o con un mail alguna persona descubre algo útil. Me apasiona entender la relación que hay entre diversas cosas, como la educación, la tecnología, el desarrollo. Me apasiona poder ayudar a alguien y ver el cambio en alguien. Hasta ahora, mi enfoque en el Desarrollo Organizacional me gusta, pero creo que buscaré algo relacionado con Coaching o un enfoque más personal.
